Any word on whether the orders are going to be able to be corrected? Two of my notebooks are the right color with the wrong paper. The third is the other way around. The order is correct on the website, but it shows what I received on the slip that was in the box. I understand stuff just happens sometimes, but it's sort of a bummer having to sit on what was supposed to be a gift for over a month now.

Like many others, I too was shipped incorrect items from Massdrop. I have been trying over the last several weeks to fix this issue, however dealing with the support staff has been the most unprofessional and offensive system I have ever tried to navigate. Unlike others, who have been told they would be receiving new items in the mail to correct the order, Massdrop has only offered me a $10 refund or the requirement that I ship the items back with no fix to the order.
While it would typically not be an issue to ship the items back I am unfortunately in a busy time of year with my work making it nearly impossible for me to spend my hard earned time going to the post office to mail back the items. Keep in mind, this is not my issue and a blatant error by Massdrop.
I ordered two black and one beige notebooks, all lined. What I received was two lilac and one beige, all blank pages. Not even close to what I ordered!
Unfortunately, I am starting to think this is a regular issue for Massdrop in order to fill the orders they receive. Is there anyone that can help???
Today I received two replacements for the three that were incorrect. I guess that is progress. That means I paid almost $30 per book. Dont think I'll do this again.
I, too, did not get the correct items ordered. I ordered lined and received all blank but in the correct colors. When I checked my order, it says I ordered lined, but the packing slip shows blank. I wonder if there is a glitch in their system. I have contacted support and hope to hear from them soon.
Looks like I'm not the only one that got the wrong type of notebook. I got mine in the correct colors but lined instead of blank. Contacted Massdrop support already to see if we can get this situated.
dustinsI received two with correct colors but wrong format, and one in wrong color with correct format. I heard from Jodi in Support that they will send me 3 that are in the correct format... but I have yet to see a tracking number.
Liz - ALL 3 are wrong. I ordered 3 LINED in Taupe, Iris and Poppy.
I received one LINED in BLACK - not my color choice, and TWO UNLINED.
All three are wrong.
