Integral frame folders are the strongest. Carved (multi-axis CNC'd) from a solid billet, it's certainly going to take a lot of force to twist or bend. Not that you'll want to use this knife as a pry bar or a breaching tool... I've been collecting long enough to see my fair share of cheap Chinese crap but when focused on quality, they can deliver (now). And creativity is evident in the knife before you. A great custom integral--like a Rassenti or GTC--will cost you $1,500 to 3,000. Spyderco has a mass made Integral now (Nirvana) that will still set you back around $500. The price of this knife is entirely reasonable. Esthetically, not for me but definitely striking.

AxeguyPS. re the specifications, ignore the 'backspacer'... This knife is an integral frame and there is no backspacer.

AxeguyWell, for a cheap integral there is Lionsteel and their new Sr11 is a Flipper on bearings for 200$ (aluminium version).
For me an Integral construction is just a baeutiful gimmick. Iloves my Lionsteel Tm1 for it.

AxeguyThis sort of technology was not available just a few short years ago. I expect to see more integrals coming out. In a weird sort of way, they're simpler designs - just the engineering needs to be done up front. The new Reate Future is phenomenal. Hope to see more of the trickle down in the near future.

Clutch_CargoStill very complex. I think the technology for the majority of the populous is still a few good years away. Just my opinion.
