thelogicofpiI know it seems a bit odd, but the MSRP is definitely $144. Although as time has past, the value of this set has skyrocketed far past it's original MSRP. Someone please correct me if I am wrong, but in the lore, the Eldrazi are ancient creatures that predate magic's world of 5 color mana, making these cards incredibly versatile because they are not restricted to any color, and can work in any color deck. I would want to get this so I could do an awesome high value draft and then use the cards to add to my modern decks, and mix the left overs into a cube draft for later.

TrevorLwell, generally, no. and even in this set. usually the valuable cards in this se are either mono coloured, or colourless (for example, Emrakuul)
You definitely won't get you price for a box like this, but drafting is definitely fun
