my guess is that since the set hasn't been released yet, they have to use images from the Ixalan block instead.

massdrop step up your game, this listing is horrible. its not a playset of the set if its missing mythics, and half the images on the listing aren't even from rivals they are from the last set Ixalan.....

No, it's like saying eBay isn't responsible for pictures it's sellers post for their listings. Now, eBay does have policies against misleading pictures, and if the listing got flagged, it would be taken down. Not sure how Massdrop handles these situations, but if they don't have a system for reporting, then that is certainly on them.
