I bought a pair of the RL True Wireless 5.0 Earphones a little over a year ago. They have been great up until a couple weeks ago. The won’t pair together any longer. I’ve been through all the steps to re-pair them together and then to my phone but have not had any luck. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Bought a pair back in April. Used them consistently at the gym over the months and worked really well, until suddenly one of them stopped working completely (doesn't charge, turn on, etc so can't reset). Assumed this would be easily done as they're still under warranty, but so far not received any communication back to confirm (it's been 2 months). Better find another option if they can't promise to fulfil the warranty.

it looks like in the reviews the earbuds started out good with the February drops coming back with good reviews. However as you get closer to the current date and later drops it seems that there is only a 50 percent change you'll get working earbuds and a 70 percent chance out of that 50 that you'll get decent sound quality.

"Virtually no lag" - False. I have tried these via phone (moto x4), new iMac, and new PC. In all cases there is a noticeable lag when watching videos. It doesn't sync up with people's lips when they talk in videos. For games on phone it's unplayable. For something like a music editor with piano there's a big delay. Touch typing sounds- delay. Could it be the hardware on the phone, PC, and Mac? Sure, but that's the standard so I don't know what they mean by "virtually no delay".
You would know better than me, how does it sound if the lag wasn’t an issue (like just listening to music)?

EvshrugPretty good coming from a non audiophile. Suitable for listening to music at the gym. Blocks out the surrounding noise pretty well too.

They look like Raycons E50. Who came first?
mrmoliI bet they came at the exact same time... but I don’t actually know. I like the sparkly metal flake in these pictures.

Will buy a pair once I know what codecs are supported. How is there no answer for this yet? I'm specifically after AptX-LL
(Edited)
ArffehI <3 aptX LL If it’s not listed, it’s probably SBC.

Does anyone know what the quality of the calls with this? Will the other side will not hear all the sounds around?
Eric_sI use these daily for phone calls. Always with only one bud in and the quality is excellent. They do a decent job of reducing ambient sound from transmitting. These are my everyday buds for podcast and audio books...decent battery life and flawless exchange from right to left bud when low battery is announced.
I've purchased a total of four sets of these. One set has worked flawlessly since December. Two sets were recently gifted and have been working flawlessly since March. The fourth set's left bud stopped working shortly after getting it. A replacement set was sent and now the left bud won't turn on again. There seems to be a quality control issue on these.
