Thanks for the question and apologies for the inconvenience you're experiencing. It doesn't sound like you are doing anything wrong, so let's try a quick reset of the buds by following the steps below. If this doesn't resolve the issue please email us at service@RLifeaudio.com and we will get you a replacement set asap.
1.Turn off your phone’s Bluetooth 2.Long press your earbuds until they turn on and continue to hold until you see the led light flash red and blue on each bud, then release. 3.Buds should pair back together. 4.Turn your phone’s Bluetooth back on and select “FiTerra” there should only be 1 “FiTerra” option. It is recommended to first place the buds in your ears, then turn them on so you can hear the voice prompts to ensure they are connected properly before pressing the control buttons.
