Mine arrived 10/18
No problem getting them connected or paired at all
Very comfortable and stable fit for me.
Here's the problem: the connection sputters constantly, moreso in the right bud than the left.
I followed the instructions to re-pair the buds to each other, I also rebooted my phone (Google Pixel XL 1st gen), restarted the bluetooth, and restarted the buds many times.
This unfortunately has been a common problem I run into with almost all the bluetooth headphones I've owned except one pair of skullcandy cans, but those are bigger, with nicer internals so I'd expect better from them.
Has anyone else had this issue with the connection sputtering in and out?

MerridiahHi Merridiah,
Thanks for the question and apologies for the inconvenience you've experienced. We just responded to a similar question below and would provide the same response which hopefully helps:
With True Wireless Technology there is a 3 way connection, Bluetooth device to Left bud (Master), and Left bud to Right bud through TWS. So if you have interference between the two buds such as covering or blocking with a hand, then you may experience a very quick cutout. As you mentioned, this can also occurs with brand names. With corded wireless headphones, there is only one connection which is the headset to the bluetooth device because the two buds and their connection to each other are literally tethered. Small cutouts with True Wireless technology can also occur due to your surroundings as well as your bluetooth device and its location. For instance, if you experience cutouts while you have your phone in your pocket, try switching pockets and/or the position of you phone (turn it upside down our face up). Different phones and bluetooth devices have different locations of their internal bluetooth antennas as well, therefore you may have to experiment a little with positioning. However, you shouldn't ever experience excessive cutouts and if so, please email us at service@RLifeaudio.com and we will be glad to take care of you. Thanks again for the question and for your support!

RL_TeamHey thanks. I already contacted support and they seem to think it's a manufacturing error, so we'll see! Thanks again.
