Have Been using it almost every day for a year or so. I put it under a lot of stress, university, carry my skateboard, use it for camping. Hang heavy stuff on it. That being said, belt and chest straps were the first to go, poor design, not finished, they just come out to easy. Stitches are starting to break all around.
But very useful if you do not intend to carry a lot of weight :). I am a little disappointed tho
I'm pretty particular about bags... But this one I found really unfortunate. The straps adjust under weight and it just seems pretty poorly designed. I use it for a first aid kit in my truck, but I wouldn't use it for actually, like, carrying anything.
Overall it's a good build quality, slightly smaller than I expected but still can fit a beefy 15" laptop in the main storage. My big complaint is a lot of the straps are really loose. So loose that after my first flight with it, I lost one of the main wast straps that goes across your belly... hoping I can get it replaced.
Straps do come loose and the bag is smaller than expected. The loops on the zip do come off occasionally although they can be attached back. Otherwise I think it is fine for school/work use, just that one would have difficulty fitting a change of clothes and shoes if they were to have plans to hit the gym before or after their day's activities. Nevertheless it's a good bag to bring onto a plane.
It's a lot smaller than I thought it would be. I use it for carrying my electronics, etc. but that's it. It's "ok" but nothing great. Honestly I expected better from Rothco. I don't know what people are talking about as being the perfect size for "hunting trips, survival, etc...the thing isn't big enough for any of those activities.
