Wow, this purchase was terrible. The coat was 2 sizes two big even though I checked the size chart beforehand and ordered accordingly. It was enormous on me, laughably so, and I looked like a child who borrowed something from their dad's closet. I can't even find a way to return or exchange it, which is a shame since I really need a warmer jacket for the winter and I already spent the money on this one.
