If anyone is interested, I'm either selling my brand new pair of Rothco Infantry shorts (medium, khaki) or exchanging for a small size. It's the shorts of the other Rothco drop that just ended. I'm open for a trade for small from either the paratrooper or infantry models.

Anyone know if the black is a black or a dark gray? If it's dark gray like in the pics I'd be up for it, not so much black. Sizing wise I'm a 38, (but size 38 pants are actually 40 when you measure them?) so I'm guessing L would be the better choice?

I'm wondering if the waist size corresponds to pants size or actual measurement of the waist. As I've discovered when ordering belts, the actual waist size is often larger than the more commonly used pants size. That makes a big difference between shorts that fit properly versus clown shorts.
