If I don't hear anything beyond a courtesy email in a day or two, I will contact my credit card reps and file a stop payment. After that depending on what transpires, I may drop this site and it's email offerings. It is the small things that matter, and up til now dealings were fast and easy.

LizThank you Liz. I'm sure this is a rare occurance with Massdrop, and apologise for my terse response. I do wish in, the future, that status updates are a bit more informative, but understand that between supplier and shipping there are some gray areas that can't really be answered.
