Has anyone's eraser cap come loose? After just a day of use, the cap is very loose and prone to falling off. Would Massdrop support be able to help me out with this? Or do I contact Rotring?

PaeP3nguinI have this issue as well, and it's quite frustrating. My cap doesn't stay in place at all, as soon as I turn the pencil upside down it'll slide right off. I feel like rotring mechanical pencils don't hold up very well, I've bought the 600 in another drop a while ago and it snapped on the inside just from a drop from the table.
edit: it seems that to fix this problem, all you have to do is take pliers or tweezers or anything really to deform the cap a little, and it'll stay on tighter than ever.
