Jawsh-DISCLAIMER: I am in no way affiliated with Royal Glam. If you're not confident with the idea of fixing this yourself then I'd encourage you to open a ticket with Massdrop for a replacement or refund.-
This seems to be a common thing with these frames. Luckily it's an easy fix. If the brass screw threads inside are loose enough to freely rotate, put a screw in a little ways and then use it to lift out the mount. Once the brass mount is removed, dampen the inside of the hole on the wooden frame with a small amount of water via a cuetip or toothpick. Then, holding your mount with tweezers, brush a SMALL amount of the gorilla glue in the picture I posted on to the shaft of the mount. Be careful not to get any inside the mount or on the threads. Then place the mount back into the hole on the wood frame and push it in until the brass is flush to the wood frame. Let this cure overnight before you attempt to mount your PCB in the frame.
I've built and repaired a fair amount of wood frames this way.
