If you rout the inside of the case 1 - 2mm deeper, you can accommodate for the little wood standoffs as pictured on the description page. Then sink the metal inserts into those stand offs using a smaller hole. This would eliminate the need for glue, as once the PCB is screwed down, protrusions on the PCB (switch pins, chips, stabilizer screws etc) won't be applying pressure to the bottom of the case.
