When I received this keyboard I was very happy with how it looked. Everything worked fine, key strokes felt great.
After a few weeks the keyboard sometimes did not 'start up' when I started up my PC. The solution was unplugging the USB everytime that happened and it would start working properly again. After a few months the keystrokes started to press double letters if I only pressed a key once. I only used it for gaming in that time, so it did not matter. Later on I needed to write more on the keyboard and noticed it was not only one key, but it became more keys. I thought something was wrong with my motherboard, tried all different USB plugs.... but nothing solved it except for turning on some setting in windows that does not repeat keystrokes within a certain amount of time. When I tried my boyfriends Logitech keyboard for a little while I experienced none of the above faults, so the problem was not my PC but the keyboard.
Eventhough the keyboard looks great, I don't think it is worth the money if it breaks down after a few months.
I have now bought a new keyboard (from a big brand) that works perfectly.

i got this keyboard a few weeks ago, and here's a review so far.
this was my first mechanical keyboard and it felt MUCH better than easier to type on that my old membrane keyboard. in fact, after about a week, i tried typing on the old one and it felt so much mushier. very glad i bought this. i was leaning towards not buying it since it's offbrand and since it's cheap, i thought that it might be defective. i'm glad that i stuck with my decision to buy it. every key lights up in every color, and all of the lighting affects advertised are possible. i do have a FEW complaints with the RBG backlighting though. first of all, the manual is very confusing so i had to figure out most of it on my own. it helped a lot knowing that everything above the arrow keys changes the backlighting using the FN key. if you want the keyboard to be in a solid color, your options are red, yellow, green, teal, dark blue, pink, and white. now, before i bought the product, i was told that the backlighting was purple, but i find it to be a mix of pink and purple. i'm still very satisfied because i end up using the rainbow wave at day, and making the backlighting white at night to avoid distractions. a very minor thing (me being a bit picky) was the enter key at first. so the old membrane keyboard had the european style enter key where it's not as long horizontally but there was more space vertically. when i got the keyboard, i found myself pressing the \ key instead of the enter key, but i got used to it quickly and i never end up missing the enter key anymore, so hardly a problem for me. the keyboard has places for the cable to run along the keyboard (left, right, and forward) so it's more convenient for certain setups you might have. also a positive thing for me, i find that the keyboard is very sturdy and doesn't move much while playing a game or typing due to it's weight, and i'm happy since my old membrane keyboard moved a lot while using it. so i can't really give a rating or say "it's worth the price" because this is my first mechanical keyboard and i don't know how it compares to others, but all in all, i'm really happy i bought it.

so i'm considering buying this keyboard, but i keep seeing a lot of people saying that some keys don't light up or something, but i do have a question, can you make the backlight purple on the entire keyboard? if so, i'm buying.

does anybody know how to get the entire keyboard to be orange? its not one of the preset colors, but i know that it can produce orange because if you slow down the color shift/rainbow effect it turns orange for about 1 second before it transitions into red. i jst cant seem to get it to stay orange.
i really wish there was software so you could get the exact color you want instead of only the preset colors.

I ordered this KB off of Amazon a few months ago for about $60-70 w/ prime. Shortly after I did, the price plummeted to around $50. That rustled my jimmies a little. First one I ordered had a bum light in the case (front) but I was able to get a replacement. Meanwhile, I tore apart the first one and was able to repair the wire, it got pinched in between body/screw posts and had basically a chunk bit out of it. It was easy to remedy. The PCB inside this looks pretty nice, clean and well tooled (to my inexperienced eyes) and there was to my great surprise a nice hefty metal backplate on it. I honestly thought the WHOLE thing was going to be plastic when I ordered it.
Since I've repaired it, it's been my daily driver for work and home, and it's been such an awesome board that there are now 4 or so of my colleagues using them, one of which is using my replacement one. Out of the 5 of us that have been using these for over a few months, noone has had any issues with it, and mine's not had any other than the initial light.
This keyboard looks really sweet with SA profile caps. I'm currently using my carbon/pulse SA combo on it.
My only complaint is that while the lighting modes are nice, and there's not a real shortage of them... I do wish there was an option to expand on the lighting options... To my knowledge there is not.. @draginslygj I don't believe there is any software for it, I think it's all controlled from the board itself explicitly using the FN+INS/HOME/PGUP+DN/DEL,etc.

anyone have the software for it? it's official site doesn't seem to be working and some of the keyboards that looks just liek it with different branding seem to show that it has software. i'm sure the software is cross compatible since it's essentially the same hardware with different brand printed on it. if nyone got there hadns on the software please share.
also that my keyboard doesn't seem to save the last state. if i set it one color it will be a compeltely new setting when i turn my computer on again. anyway to fix this?

This keyboard looks just like the Havit HV-KB389L that sells on Amazon.

Just got this in. Better than some of the expensive "gaming" keyboards I've tried in the past. This definitely beats the blackwidow by a long shot

WinDJYeah it IS very nice in looks and use :D ..... just my 5 buttons not having green Leds working is an annoyance... luckily i wanted white or purple lighting (did want Orange first, but need green for that)
not sure what i can do..... i have the tools, i may need to replace the leds myself :/

So i got mine today, and am very happy with the board.... one major problem? ... 5 keys that the GREEN LED doesn't even work in :/ very dissapointing to be honest.... RED & Blue work fine
what to do? i'd like to, you know, have one that works as it should for a brand new, just opened and setup Keyboard.... no excuse for failed one colour leds....
that sucks :/
but do i want to go a month or more for returning and getting a fixed one? ... if thats even an option

Got mine a few days ago and I'm very glad I bought this. This is my first mechanical keyboard but I bought it purely for aesthetics, so I'm really happy that it's more than that. Other reviews said it is cheap for it's quality and just comparing the price with other brands, I agree - especially after trying them. After 2 days of using it, I think this is ideal for my office setting. I got the white one with Brown switches. The feedback, and design of the keys and board made my typing more efficient. The RGB looks cool against the white but not distracting.
