If you want to rule over your desktop with a keyboard fit for a king, it’s time for the coronation of the Royal Kludge RC930-87 / RC930-104. Outfitted with electro capacitive switches with Cherry MX stems, designed in a space-saving tenkeyless or full-size layout, and featuring full programmability over every key and full N-key rollover, this keyboard lets you switch your approach and fully embrace your inner majesty.
Note: At check-out, you have your choice of 87-key vs 104-key layout. In addition, either ABS keycaps with RGB LEDs or POM keycaps with no backlighting. You can also select your actuation force of 45 or 55 grams.
This keyboard utilizes an electro capacitive switch instead of standard mechanical models. The switch features a slider housed by a rubber dome over a conical, coiled spring and a printed circuit board, giving you the silent operation of rubber dome keys and the reliability and tactility of their mechanical counterparts. With only limited resistance coming from a soft tactile bump and individually weighted keys to keep a consistent feel, you’ll fall in love with typing all over again.
If you opt for the ABS keycaps, you get double-shot legends with RGB LEDs underneath. If you opt for the POM keycaps, your legends will be laser-engraved. As all of the switches feature Cherry MX compatible stems, you can easily swap out the stock caps for any design of your choice. No matter which option you go with, the stock keycaps feature front-printed multimedia shortcuts and a typeface that recalls some of our favorite science fiction, lending the Royal Kludge RC930 an instantly distinct look to pair with its versatile function.
