Product Description
The diffusion line of a renowned Scotland-based mill, Royal Speyside employs traditional methods and machinery to produce knitwear reminiscent of the Scottish Borders area. Which makes sense: The mill has been producing textiles here, on the banks of the River Teviot, for more than 140 years Read More

Got my dress Gordon yesterday. Do you know how long I've been looking for a piece of wearable, accurate Clan Gordon tartan that didn't cost threescore guineas, and my best cow? I swear Ive been looking for this scarf since the day my Gordon ancestors fled from Northern Ireland to avoid paying on a debt, (after settling in Ireland 100 yrs earlier in an English-sponsored effort to subdue the native Irish by out-breeding them; possibly the most doomed-to-fail plan in history). Anyway...great scarf. The rest of my branch of the clan are most envious.

Can some one help me chose a color for man's brown leather jacket? I also have a deep green jacket with rather big black leather collar. Would like to find one color that can look good on both!

Just had my order of the Autumn Buchanan come in today, I'm surprised by the difference in colors and look this has from the pictures used, whereas the picture makes it seem like there is only red and orange I realized in person it has deep greens and beautiful hints of brown, I'm very pleased to have it in my collection of accessories and will try to buy one of their Merinos soon for more business casual outfits, this will be my harsh winds and causal wear scarf.

If it's not Scottish, it's crap!
(Someone had to say it.)
I'll take your mother for $200, Trebek!

Is there a way of getting in contact with the manufacturers? I'm interested in buying a custom item with my family's tartan, but I can't find contact info for Royal Speyside.

English scarves can get quite oppressive but are very safe. On the other hand, these Scottish scarves can give you freedom... or give you death.
Unfortunately, as comfortable as they are, these things seem to have a poor track record of keeping wearers' heads attached to their shoulders.
Oh well, who wants to live forever, right? When it comes to good scarves, there can be only one.

Daisy_CutterNicely done, sir.
It's not a scarf; it's a neck kilt! In a stiff breeze, you might get a wee peek at my clavicles.

Disappointing these are being sold for $35 when I paid $50 on here for them just a few weeks ago.

Ronot6000Different wool material this time around (last time the ones you got were Merino wool, this time they're lambswool), and different scarf design as well (fringe vs. no fringe). You still got a good deal last time around, I can assure you. :)
