The order arrived in the warehouse late today. The first handful of units has been shipped. People whose order has been shipped should have received an email with tracking. The rest of the orders should be shipping between tomorrow and Friday. We will make sure to update the group once the complete order ships.

Great news, group! The vendor has let us know that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse now. Based on the tracking provided these are scheduled to come in 2/9. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, not to worry as we will keep the group posted throughout the process and notify you all if anything causes delay.

The vendor has informed us that they are currently preparing the order for shipment. Based on current estimates the pens should be shipping to our warehouse by the middle of the coming week. As soon as this happens we will make sure to update the group with the estimated date of arrival at our warehouse.

We are in contact with the vendor and awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled first thing Monday morning and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect these in our warehouse. We will update the group as soon as these are on the way.

Thanks again for joining this drop! With your help we were able to make it successful for the community. We've just submitted the group's order with the vendor for the Sailor Pro Gear II Slim Fountain Pen and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them directly to you! The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 2/9.
Rest assured that we we will provide you all with updated information regarding the status of your order throughout the process. You can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 1/22.

"The 14-karat gold nib is the same used in the 1911 series"
that statement is misleading, the 1911 uses the 21K nib. I have never seen a 14K, though they are available.

XyverzThere are 2 size formats to the 1911 series: Large/Full (21-kt) and Mid/Regular (14-kt). You can customize with a 21-kt specialty nib, however, but I don't think Massdrop offers that. :-)
