Will it shrink my shirts I cannot use heat on?
blairwHi Blairw, We still recommend following the care instructions on your shirt. Dryer heat is the one that usually shrinks clothes. Steam doesn't shrink clothes and is generally safe to use on most types of fabric. Hope that answered your question. Thank you!

How much does it weigh? Every ounce matters when the airlines limit the weight and size of luggage.

I own this one (except I paid double somewhere else!!), but I love it!! Good steam and super easy to use. It recommends distilled water, but I just use filtered and it's been running fine. For your trip to Italy, use a voltage/plug adapter.

guisess93Thank you for your interest. We don't have anything available at this time but we are always looking for new products and will keep your request for 220V or auto voltage products in mind for future products and events.

I’m going to Italy in October. Will I need a converter plug for the unit and does it require distilled water?
