I noticed the drop is "inactive". Funny, because I just got a notification of this on a Massdrop email today. It doesn't even state the price anywhere (presumably because it is inactive). What were they priced at anyway? thanks, j
Also, anyone know if this is a discontinued model? Or maybe for outlets only? I don't see them on the SF website. And I found similar models to this Navigator, but with nicer hinges, nicer temples, etc. (and for way more $$$)
Marchon Eyewear holds the license to manufacture Salvatore Ferragamo sunglasses (from 2012 to 2021), and they stated in a press release (in 2015) that they are exclusively made in Italy. So I'm a bit confused about the fact these are made in Japan. Don't get me wrong - Japan produces some of the finest quality eyewear in the world - I'd just like clarification about the authenticity of this product. The only other place I've seen these frames sold is from traders on eBay and on '1 day sale' sites.
