Does anyone else know how we get the software that was supposed to be included with this drop? There was no disc in the box, or clue to where it might be downloaded. I've tried looking on Samson and Cakewalks website, but I can't find it.

LouisMoonI will get in contact with the manufacturer as soon as possible and get into this. To be honest, I have seen this in SO many products over the years that I just have begun to expect it. I remember a certain company, who will remain nameless, who changed the software which came with their product without telling anyone. They still printed it on the box and had it advertised as coming with the old software. After many angry emails to myself and a heartfelt call to the company, they agreed to give a free copy to all of the customers from a certain date range. It was a happy resolution to a very nasty problem.
