My polish routine is as follows, renovateur, cream polish, wax polish, and then mirror gloss if I want to go the extra step for the day. I just hope that this brand is as good as everyone says it is and my shoes stay in good shape for the next 10+ years.

This stuff is the real deal, particularly when combined with Saphir wax polish.
If you're buying for the first time, make sure to get 1 jar of Renovateur and whatever colour of polish your shoes need. I've found Renovateur to be some of the best leather conditioner I've tried. It makes the leather noticeably more pliant, hydrated and smooth, and exposes more detail of the leather's natural patina. It's like an Instagram filter for leather. It's even a fairly good leather cleaner -- it can be used to remove old/dirty wax finishes by dissolving them and allowing you to wipe them off the surface (although Saphir Renomat is supposed to better at this -- I've yet to try it).
If you need to polish several colours of shoes, I would consider getting the clear polish. It seems like clear defeats the purpose, but I ordered Saphir's clear wax polish in another drop and I've been pleasantly surprised by how great my shoes look when they catch direct sunlight (it's kind of like they glow...), so there's something pretty great about the clear polish that you wouldn't really imagine without trying the stuff. Full disclosure: I have only tried Saphir's clear wax polish. I have not tried clear cream polish. YMMV. That being said, coloured polish is really the only way to deal with discolourations and scuffs, so if you can get the right colour for your shoes in your cream polish that's probably the best way to go.
I have to admit that when I was considering the purchase I thought that this stuff looks pretty expensive for the amount that you get, but having applied polishes to a couple pairs of shoes I'm sure I'll be able to get a couple years of shoe and boot treatments out of this amount. If your shoes are worth enough to come with a leather sole and decent welting, the amount you pay for these conditioning products is a no-brainer. Your shoes will last longer and look WAY nicer all the time as long as you polish them at least seasonally and do the odd touch-up.
Lastly, I cannot recommend it enough: Get a 100% horsehair polishing brush! Just using a cloth to put this polish on does not do Saphir's products justice. It's a waste of money to use this product without being able to polish it correctly. Yes, it makes that much of a difference! Not only that, but its the fastest way to make your shoes look great again after they've lost their lustre after a couple wears.

Great cream polish and even greater conditioner. Not a bad deal but in the end my usual supplier was less expensive than this transaction......73s

The Renovateur is practically the only thing you need. I use it faster than anything else --- a good beeswax and mild turpentine smell (compared to other products which kind of reek) and it really softens up and cleans scuffs well. I use it on my belts as well once in a while. Great for keeping the leather looking and feeling great. I only end up using the cream polish on occasion. My first stop is always the Renovateur! The cream polishes are also great!

Works great however I've moved on to other methods so I now only keep a low supply of this stuff. But for those wondering about the shell cordovan cream, I've only had positive experience with the cream and I recommend it.
