ScanPan CTX Fry Pans

ScanPans stand out for multiple reasons. First, they’re built with a rock-solid three-ply, five-layer construction for excellent temperature control. Quick heat-up times allow for perfect searing and frying, and the multilayer build allows you to bring down the temperature quickly if you want to return to a simmer without burning your food. Crafted with ScanPan’s patented nonstick interior, they’re great for browning and deglazing, too. Compatible with virtually any source of heat, the pans are also dishwasher safe and oven safe to 500 degrees. Each piece is made in Denmark free of PFOA and PFOS. Tack on a lid at checkout if you like.
Note: At checkout, choose between the 8-inch pan, 9.5-inch pan (+ $10), 10.25-inch pan (+ $15), and 12.75-inch pan (+ $20). You’ll also have the option to add a lid for any of the pans. Pricing will vary depending on your selection.
