I really hate that Massdrop keeps using FedEx for the deliveries. Where I live, FedEx is horrible and very unreliable. This time, tracking info indicates that the packages were delivered and left by my front door, but I was home all day and nothing was delivered. In fact, I checked my outdoor cameras and the FedEx truck was nowhere to be found for the day and time of this supposed delivery, not the rest of the day. So, someone at FedEx steals my packages and then covers that up by updating in the tracking that they were delivered and left by my front door. And since Massdrop does not have a Customer Service phone number for me to call, I am left dealing with FedEx myself. What a wonderful experience.

bnemirovI bought HD58X from Massdrop and they almost were sent back to US (I'm in Poland), they sent me DHL tracking number and all info was updating until it got to second polish custom facility, after almost two weeks I decided to call DHL and they could not track this package, after few calls it turned out that Massdrop packages are handled by DHL up to plane landing in Germany, then they give it to German post (though it is still updating in tracking), then German post gave it to Polish post which sucks. I sent the package to my office where DHL guy exactly knows who I am, but postman did not so he put it in stock, I found out all of it 1 day before it was sent back..

bnemirovSeems unfair to the product that you are giving 1 star and you haven't even tried using it yet. That's like giving you as a person 1 star because someone has never been able to call you on the phone.
I do agree with you that Massdrop shipping options need to be a thing. I'd just hate to be ScanPan and see the reason for your 1 star for their pan.
