Sewing Machine Needles

To make sure that you always have a sharp needle at the ready for your next project, stock up with a 100-pack of Schmetz Universal Needles. Compatible with most sewing machines and applicable to most projects, the Schmetz needles bring superior performance to your home fabrication. If you want to avoid shredded threads, uneven stitches, and damaged fabrics, stock up on replacement needles and begin every project with a fresh eye.

Note: On this drop, you will receive one 100-pack of needles. At check-out, you have your choice of size between #70/10 (-$3), #80/12, #90/14, and #100/16 (NOT AVAILABLE ON THIS RUN).

Size Differences

Depending on what type of thread you’re working with, every size needle has a different specialty: the #70/10 works best with very fine threads (60 wt), the #80/12 with fine threads (50 wt), the #90/14 with medium threads (40 wt), and the #100/16 with heavier threads (30 wt and heavier).
