Featuring a sculpted bowl with a fine-edged rim and a long stem, these glasses from Schott Zwiesel offer a satisfying drinking experience for white wine, red wine, rosé, and more. Made from chip-resistant Tritan crystal with titanium and zirconium, they’re thick enough that you don’t have to worry about a toast—but not so thick that you can’t see the characteristics of the wine through the glass Read More
One of them was broken when the package came in, but they refunded me the cost of it. Otherwise, they have survived for a while, they feel good, and they look good.
I have been a huge fan of Schott Zwiesel wine glasses for many years, but admittedly, I have always purchased the top-of-the-line, hand made Enoteca glasses. I needed a set of decent glasses for a second home, and purchased this set of 6 on drop.com. Yes, they are "Tritan crystal", and they are not bad looking, but seriously, these glasses look like seconds. They do not live up to the Schott Zwiesel name at all. Whatever machine-extruding technology is used for these glasses, does not give a distortion-free light transmission.... and far from it.
Disappointed. From now on, I'm sticking with Enoteca.
For the $30 price including shipping, these are a steal. Nice shape & volume. Quite large, great for red wine. While I have not broken or chipped these glass, they are delicate.
Received the glasses before Christmas. They were packed well so no damage. They are very lightweight but seem to be sturdy. Overall I am happy with them.
pretty great glasses, especially for the price! they turned out to be a bit larger than i thought, but as there were measurements in the drop, i'm sure it's just me)
