I have never actually bought something from mass drop, but I have browsed the site a bit in the past. I like Stonemaier a lot, but I just do not understand their view of this site. Maybe I am out of the loop (it happens), but every time I have browsed the site I have seen voting on products so that the most popular ones end up doing a mass drop (for a bulk purchase ala costco...which would also make it a low quality, liquidation store for poor selling items by the logic here?) and not those being liquidated for poor sales.
That said, Getting this game with shipping via Miniature market is $58.75 and without shipping (almost everyone will add another game for free shipping) it is $52.80. Getting the game from MassDrop is $58.24. All of this over a .51 cent discount over Miniature Markets (and coolstuffs) highest possible price, which is also the least likely way the game will be purchased? Seems like a lot of drama for no reason, but hey, its not my game so maybe I am wrong. I hope what ever Stonemaier wants to accomplish here is accomplished, but as someone who likes their product, I think they are just coming across bad.

Drdog98I think Jamey is not happy any place is discounting his game, read his comments on bgg, I believe his words are "As some people pointed out on Massdrop, there are other online retailers that offer steep discounts of our games, and I wish those retailers wouldn't offer that level of discount too." Basically, he wants to sell it for more and he doesn't like it when a site puts his game on sale...I will refrain myself from calling him names...
