Beautiful design but it's made in China. Enough said.

Mr.InternationalThese watches are a known commodity at this point. Reliable movements, durable sapphire crystal on front and back, and a lot of other high end touches that don't generally appear at this price point. Enough said.

Mr.InternationalYou'd have to be incredibly naive to think believe that all products made in China are low quality.

Mr.InternationalIs there a mass produced electronic device that isn't made in China? I find my Apple products pretty well constructed (says Assembled in China on the back).

Mr.InternationalI'm of basically the same mind as you. Personally I don't think it looks that great and also made in China with an eta clone ... cough cough stolen perhaps movement.

Mr.InternationalYou are correct; not everything China produces is garbage but I've found asbestos in "Genuine Leather" because it is the cheapest / worst layer from full-grain leather ( full-grain is what you'd typically expect when you see the word Leather advertised in a product; this will likely crack within a year revealing paper, cardboard, asbestos or some other garbage filler used to thicken the band )... Text editor coding is terrible; when you try to go back and change something you have to do it 1 character at a time when you initially reply.. The issue disappears when you go to edit it after submitting it... -- It is typically Americans telling Chinese manufacturers to produce something as cheap as possible so you can't blame the Chinese but you can't trust them either when you find asbestos in a belt or wrist-band of something you thought was quality ( happened in an expensive belt I purchased; cracked within a year exposing the fraud and I educated myself on leather in addition to getting a full refund from the company in question - was over $100 too ). I bought a full-grain leather belt from a gun-store for $30 and it carries a full-size pistol and other EDC gear and it hasn't cracked, etc... It is thick, and quality... In short.. if the mechanics are good on the watch then I'd highly recommend replacing the band... If I were to wear a leash, I would make sure to buy a European brand which can proudly display the name on the face rather than a "generic: made in china" plain-text advertisement.
