Looking your best is always preferable, but sometimes it takes more work to class up than it’s worth. What’s more, most classy shoes aren’t exactly built for comfort, making every step dignified yet potentially damaging. Instead of getting all tied up in something uncomfortable, slide into a Sebago Canton Two-Eye, a cross between a loafer and a boat shoe that lets you look and feel your best.
Starting with excellent source materials, the upper is made from premium full grain leather, polished and refined for a smooth feel. It is brought together using Strobel stitching, a method of force lasting wherein the upper is sewn to a sock, pulled onto a molding foot, and attached to the sole. For a small splash of style, the upper is finished by moc toe stitching, leather lacing and eyelet detail around the collar, and a lace-up closure.
Moving down into the meat of the shoe, the full-length leather socklining provides a comfy cushion for your feet and lends more durability to the build. While it may arrive a little stiff, give the Canton some time to break in and you’ll be walking on a cloud before too long. Rounded off with a flexible rubber outsole that gives you great grip and enables a full range of motion, the Sebago Canton Two-Eye brings you class and comfort in a casually stylish package.
