It is 2020, I really hope Drop will start to the run of this pack again. Long shot, but we'll see.

How can we get another color option the next time? I would be hunting as well as backpacking so I prefer an olive drab or something.

I own this pack. It's easily the most comfortable backpack I've ever used. I went through a time where I had really, really bad back problems. I bought and returned so many packs to REI that they stopped giving me cash back for my returns. I did my research on this pack, went down to Portland, where I was able to wear it in person, and finally bought it. The hip belt is genius in the way it transfers load straight down instead of being as a massive weight right into the lumbar the way the other packs I tried did. This does put some extra pressure on the hips, but it's very manageable for me. I credit this pack with allowing me to backpack again.
I also have shoulder issues, and the frame extensions pull the weight completely off my shoulders.
The ability to adjust the distance the top of the pack sits from the body is also awesome. It allows for a big airgap everywhere except the hip belt, so it has absolutely amazing ventillation.
I assume Massdrop's sold a good number of these in the various times its come up on the site. It'd be cool if they did a drop for the Gila packbag (possibly an option for the full pack and another option for the packbag for those of us who already have the frame).

Please have the Olive fabric added as a choice. Then I'll purchase. Thanks!

Can I advocate for the Olive green option? The cost to Seek Outside has to be less than $8. About $3/yd difference in fabric cost and less than 2 yards total fabric in pack. I'd gladly pay $10 more for th X42.
