Can the strap on this watch be swapped out for leather or does it only work with metal bands?

HentzikovIt can. (If you look at the back, you can see regular removable spring bars holding the bracelet between the lugs. It will take a 20mm strap, per the lug width. So order a 20mm strap, plus some spring bars and a spring bar remover, or just order the strap and take it to any place that does watch bands.)
