No more Seiko's for me. My kinetic slowed down after a year, and stopped after 18 months.

s.scarceI've read a lot of negative comments on the kinetic watches. Imo, if want a rechargeable quartz, get a solar. When it comes to solar, I like Casio. I really like my Casio 5610 solar atomic GShock. I still love my mechanical watches though. When it comes to mechanical watches, I would rather just have manual winding watches, although only 3 of my 30+ mechanical watches are straight manually wound watches. Oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention this, don't be against Seiko mechanical watches just because your kinematic didn't hold up. Most kinetics just don't last very long.

WAKTOSHAMost watches do longer before needing £200 repairs :D. But you're right on solar watches. My solar watches have lasted for so long, I haven't had issues with my 2 solar watches... just need to remember to it needs the sun. :D
