Hey guys, how can I check if I am one of the 98 that got the drop? I got charged for the massdrop via PayPal but on my massdrop it says I have no transactions and I haven't gotten any emails regarding the drop. Thanks

Jalopez57Well you could contact Massdrop customer service, but they don't really respond. Sounds to me like they charged you and didn't send you a watch. I'd dispute that with my bank, that'd be the easiest way.

Jalopez57Contact our support team and they'll help you out! If you were charged I agree that you should definitely receive a watch, and they'll help you figure out what's up.

HaffPlease don't do this, as it won't help anyone. We want to resolve customer issues as much as you guys do, and a chargeback would be declined if you hand't contacted us in the first place. Moreover, collecting support tickets like this help us determine if issues are one-off occurrences or part of systematic issues that need to be addressed. Contacting our support team will be the quickest way to resolve issues, going straight to the bank will not be very helpful.

IanAndersonI have contacted CS twice already and have not received any help at all. My tracking number is not working and DHL has no record of my shipment. I am very close to contacting my bank and cutting ties with Massdrop.

Jalopez57Hey @Jalopez57, i'm seeing that you did join the drop, but under your other account. Check your other email address and you will find your tracking info there. Your package left New Jersey yesterday.
