I've had my SRP637 for about a month, and it is an excellent watch. I've been wanting a shrouded Seiko diver for quite a while, and this was love at first sight. The bezel has an extremely satisfying feel to it, as it rotates along a 'click-clack' sound, rather than a single sound for all positions. Its a bit hard to explain, but it reminds me of a clocks 'tick-tock' sound when you rotate the bezel slowly and smoothly. The watch as a whole feels very well-coordinated. The bezel, shroud and bracelet all create what seems like a monolithic block of steel on your wrist, and it feels like one too! The lume is very bright, and the bracelet is surprisingly good considering the watch's price point. In fact, I would say that this piece punches well above its price class. The main difference between the SRP637 and much more costly Seiko divers with a shroud is the fact that this one is assembled in Malaysia. For those (like me) who want a robust diver's watch with a distinctive style, this is the one to get.
