Got my watch today. Did anyone get a warranty card with their watch? I didn't see one in mine and I noticed a piece of dust/hair inside the crystal that's bothering the crap out of me.

mrrobotoI didnt get one either, but I have a complaint open with Massdrop because a week after receiving the watch, I jumped into my pool with it, with the crown locked down. The very next day, I noticed a cloudiness inside the crystal. They said they could offer me only a full refund because they didnt have any in stock. I love the watch, and wouldnt mind just bringing it to a seiko dealer to have it looked at. There should be a seiko warranty on this watch, no?

mrrobotoThe present drop for this watch does not include a warranty, not sure about the drop for your watch. Check out the help section for information on warranties, essentially if there is no warranty stated in the description then there is none, and you have a 30 day return period.

meltedmediaThe same respose I posted to mrroboto applies in your situation. The present drop does not include a warranty, I am not sure about the Massdrop drop you used to get your watch. One suggestion to dry out your watch:. put the watch in an airtight container with several water absorbing silica pellet bags--the small ones you get with packages. They will dry the watch out. This is a trick I learned from other photographers--we use it to dry cameras out in humid landscapes. Good luck.

dholik8503A brand new 200m dive watch getting condensation inside has bigger issues than can be fixed with desiccant packs. That, and the reports of hair under the crystal, suggest these may be from a lot of damaged goods that were amateurishly "refurbished"

sockpuppyIf provable, OP can demand a full refund for false advertising. Or sue in court.......... only problem, while he may be in the right... it's a sub $200 watch (and not worth more than a few e-mails back and forth).

meltedmediaYou would be crazy not to take a refund. These watches can be found at or near these prices all the time. Don't accept a driver that you can't swim in.
