For What it's worth.. I had emailed TWO questions earlier about the Glycine Combat Sub.. . and received responses within hours. My inquiry re: " Is there any warranty on the Seiko Core SKX watch" .. has gone unanswered after two days.. does not fill me with confidence when Massdrop sticks their head in the sand when it comes to dealing with customers.. If this is how they "don't " respond BEFORE I have a problem.. think how they'll be IF I DID have a problem with my purchase.. for a few extra Dollars.. I'd go w/ Amazon or Jomashop.. I'd like to buy from Massdrop.. but not if there is no customer support.. 8-(

I'll dig through spam folder as perhaps that's where it landed, but: can you just note here in a comment: the official position re: Warranty? I'd like to buy Massdrop if there is the warranty.. At any rate, I looked into the question myself just to make sure we could give you closure on your question. Turns out with this watch there isn't a warranty. Totally up to you either way to get it from us or not if that's the deciding factor, but I made sure with both our Customer Support and Buying teams to be 100% sure.

Duncanoh FOUND IT! .. Tnx. Toby noted: There IS NO WARRANTY. I thank you for your reply, but: disappointed that for some reason this product has no Warranty. As noted: available for just a few dollars more from vendors that DO provide a warranty.. so unfortunately I'd be compelled to invest a few more dollars for protection.. as we know: any product can have the infrequent problem, and would hate to drop $170 with no safety net. Perhaps you can provide feedback to the team that a warranty is important. Thanks again, have a good weekend. - Mark

MarkLHTotally understand your decision. We offer warranties on our products wherever possible, but unfortunately we just don't offer it with this particular watch. At the same time we don't want to let that stop us for those that are fine without it. Your feedback is still valuable though so I appreciate your responses.

DuncanThanks again for your follow up, it represents quality attention to your customers. I will be watching to see if the Glycine Combat Sub comes back around.. I just discovered MassDrop, and missed the colorway on that watch that I WANT as it was sold out. Go Giants .. 8-)

MarkLHI got a response and this watch doesnt have warranty. This made me quit the drop. As it was not a lightning deal anyway.

mayankyadavHi Mayankyadav, yep, same here.. I was ready to Click "Join" when I saw in the discussions comments re: no Warranty. For only $8 more on ( I forget either Amazon or Joma ) .. comes with Warranty.. so the "deal" wasn't sharp enough to forego it.. oh well.. .. I can just save for the Glycine Combat Sub, which WAS a much better deal.. re: savings compared to what it costs elsewhere.. although: I will want to get an SKX007 or SKX013 at some point.. too much a quintessential watch to have in the collection.. especially to MOD... Take Care.
