Mick2QuickI'm sure you probably checked online already. But there is a mechanism in the watch when you wear it enough charges the spring in there up to 40hrs. So when you don't wear it, it'll keep running from the charge you gave it while on your wrist. I'm guessing you don't move much so the watch isn't charging the spring. I would do the Seiko shuffle for about 5mins it should last you the whole day.
