I've had mine for about a week now and overall I'm very happy with it. It looks good, feels sturdy, so far keeps time amazingly well for an automatic in this price range, and the lume is insanely bright and long lasting, but there is one problem - I find it's almost impossible to screw the crown back down after adjusting the time/date. I had a very hard time with it after I initially set the watch when I got it, but figured maybe it was just a fluke. Now after just adjusting the date I am once again having incredible difficulty screwing the crown down. The only way I am able to get it to catch at all is by pushing extremely hard on it such that I'm afraid I'll end up breaking it, if not now certainly over a year or two of doing this at least once a month. And even if not, it's taken me at least 5 minutes of fussing with it to get the crown to screw down both times, which seems really excessive. Is this normal? Is there some trick to this watch that I'm missing? or is there something wrong with my watch? I've only ever had one other screw crown watch, a maratac SR-3, and the crown on that one seemed to easily screw down with only a very slight pressure.

SpicerYou might have the watch looked at by a repair shop. Not to fix it, but to determine if the screw down crown has become cross-threaded.
But first try this: once you've adjusted the time/date, push it in and turn it backward a little first so you can feel where it sort of clicks on the thread. Then, screw it in. It does have a fairly strong spring in the crown, and I found doing it this way seems to work better.
