A whopping $2.25 off retail. This is such a monumentally large waste of time that I am embarrassed for ever having even expended energy thinking about it.

Bird-e'Meh, same price as Amazon / Meh, $2 off retail' misses the point somewhat, when the positive for the (many) non-USAians who also form part of Massdrop's customer base is 'wow, I can actually get this - cool!'.
Sometimes the advantage of Massdrop is the cheaper shipping, or in many cases, the possibility of any shipping at all, to countries other than the USA.
Not having a crack at our 'murican friends (hi, y'all!) however: Massdrop, please keep offerings like this coming, as they have value and are valued. Cheers, 'straya / Rest Of The World.
