JustawaySeiko kinetic batteries are really high quality which can last for a decade (based on my experience) if you're able to keep it charged up. It's kinda like a phone battery, if you used up the power and let it just sit around the battery is going to die much much quicker. Also, do note that Seiko's kinetic batteries will cost you alot more to replace as compared to conventional quartz batteries.

JustawayWear it frequently so the battery does not go flat. That way the battery lasts longer before needing to be replaced A Watch Winder is no good for Kinetics. They don't work, so not a good watch to own if you rotate a lot of watches. A solar watch would be better in that case as all you need to do is place it where it gets some light each day
