Simple, smooth and nice to look at
I think going with the automatic makes you appreciate this piece a bit more cause it makes everything on the watch feel buttery smooth. So far I’ve gotten a ton of compliments and it’s a nice go to / daily.

Excellent value
The watch is very accurate -- mine gains 2 or 3 seconds a day, which I find astounding for the price. It's also great at night because the lume is vibrant at night and still clearly visible until the morning if you've spent some time in the daylight beforehand. It's one of my most legible watches, which my aging eyes appreciate.
I would say that not being able to hack the second hand is a drawback, but in terms of accuracy this movement performs better than any NH35 I have.

Amazing everyday watch
Robust seiko movement! Only lost about 10 seconds this whole week.
It also wears larger then 42mm, I have an 8” wrist and it does not look small. Lume is bright. Overall a really great watch for the price.

Decent watch on a terrible bracelet
I bought this as a daily beater to wear at work. I find myself working on machinery often and have a tendency to beat up my work watches. The bracelet on this watch had a squeak out of the box, it was terrible. After 2 weeks I gave up, it’s been sitting on my counter since.

Great watch. Accurate i use in the field the finish holds up
I use it for my everyday at work i bang it on metal pipes all the time the crystal holds up fine its seikos special crystalline glass its not sapphire but its durable ive knapped an edge near the 4 oclock (below) that small scratch on the 4 to five can sand away easy no problem its good still ticking I bought it for the arabic and 24 hour face its a gorgeous easy to read watch the glow is also superb you can see it glow in the daytime even. When you go in the shade i dont see it needing a service for another few years
