Hey folks, Mistakenly made a purchase on the black version of this watch. My intention was to see which blue version was offered. Massdrop, I've noticed does a poor job on clarifying what your buying. On this particular watch the description show a made in Japan model, but at check out there's no mention of the J in the model number. Some what deceiving. Well, in attempts to back out of the page I must have hit the purchase button. Is there any way to cancel this order? I tried going through transactions and was prompted to contact customers service. Which I also did. It's been 13 hours and no response. What can I do?

Mac11They reuse the description pages for re-drops, but the models available are updated and listed in the blue highlight box below the first paragraph (where it always is). It can seem misleading when the pictures are not updated, but all pertinent information is provided. The model numbers are also listed at checkout when you make your selection. Be sure to read the description pages and double check the model number(s) at checkout. If you purchased solely off the banner picture without double checking the model number, you're hardly without fault.
This drop is still live, so you should be able to cancel your order from your transactions page. At the bottom of your order for this drop you should see "CANCEL ORDER" right next to "CONTACT SUPPORT".

eksuenThe problem is the description highlight box only says " SNZG09, SNZG11" with out the J or K after the number so there's no way of knowing if it's a "Made in Japan" or Malaysia watch. They do clearly indicate this for the black watch SNZG17J1. The last drop they were clear about them I bought the SNZG09J1 and I got the "Made in Japan" version.
From the descriptors on the pictures it's safe to assume that they only have the "K" versions for sale this time not the "J" versions because in the last drop they specifically attached and stated a $20 premium on the SNZG09J1 watch.

dnoblettIt appears that the watches are K versions unless specified as a J version. The images of all the models offered previously do differentiate between the "regular K" and J versions (e.g. SNZG09 and SNZG09J1). Since they do indicate the black watch as a J version, it's safe to assume the SNZG09 and SNZG11 offered this time around are K versions and not J versions.
I agree that it would be nice if they included the K and J to make the difference explicit, but I don't think it's difficult to figure out as is.

eksuenIf the model numbers do not include "J1", they are the "K" version. I've gone and modified the options to reflect this.
