kjozThis will come with original box and manual, but the manufacturers warranty card will be omitted since this is being covered under the Massdrop warranty.

ChristopherJA Massdrop Warranty is fine, but will not be honored by my Local Authorized Seiko Repair Location, unless you are prepared to Pay Them for any Necessary Repair or Adjustments. Otherwise, please include the Seiko Warranty Certificate Card with my purchase.

WyldhorseSending the watch to Massdrop would really be a pain for me, since I live in Northern Europe. A warranty card would be nice!

kokkosIf this company refuses to provide the warranty card file a complaint for a refund. You are legally entitled to the original warranty as the purchaser of a new, unused product. They have no right to withhold your warranty card from you. If they want to provide additional coverage themselves that is on them. This was not disclosed during the purchase.

WyldhorseI suggest you not allow this company to withhold your warranty card. You are legally entitled to the original warranty coverage as the purchaser of a new, unused product. Also, not getting the original warranty coverage was not disclosed during purchase. You should demand that all original warranty documentation be included.

TimEdwards@Wyldhorse @kokkos Like many online retailers, we're unable to provide the physical manufacturer's warranty card. These watches will still be covered under our own warranty. We offer the same coverage from defects that manufacturer's offer. For more information about the warranty, please see our FAQ. https://www.massdrop.com/faq#after-receiving-the-drop
Under normal circumstances, if you have an issue with your Seiko, the course of action would be to send your defective unit to Seiko USA, located in New Jersey. (If you're in the EU or other parts of the world, it may be a bit less straightforward.) Seiko will either repair the watch or issue a replacement unit. In the same way, if you receive a defective watch from us, you can contact our Support and we will issue a replacement. I hope this clears things up. If you are still dissatisfied with your transaction and the omission of the physical warranty card, then please reach out to our Support via your Transactions and they will be able to help you.
