This is a great price and having not been sold out and I just purchased a new Glycine I might be tempted to go for the brown dial model myself, but fortunately it's gone. Honestly I thought this watch was long gone after the original sold out years ago. That said I don't know how I feel about the 4R35, I really don't think it is much of an improvement to the 7S26 (which, don't get me wrong, is an excellent movement at its price point). My old Japanese model Cocktail Time has the excellent 6R15, which is on par with my Hamilton and Glycine Swiss ETA movements WRT (but not as good as the better caliber/grade ETA in my Longines) accuracy. My luck with the 4R movements hasn't been as charming...that said, at this price point I don't believe one has a right to complain a great deal (I believe my original JDM cost me about $325, which would more than account for the slightly more costly movement). On an aesthetics note: why on earth did they remove the script "automatic" in favor for the dull font and add the "Presage" branding? That really cheapens the look of an otherwise excellent dial IMO.
At any rate maybe I can snag one of the brown ones next time around. It'll be a nice departure as all of my other dress watches, save for two (a solitary blue and black) have a silver/white dial.
