I got the white face model with bracelet. I love the dial, much better than most of the starburst or semi polished dials you more often see. The blued hands stand out nicely and love the Roman numerals are fantastic. The bracelet was far too large for me, I had to remove two links on each side. There is a small spacer fitted to each pin, and one quickly fell out, so I had to remove another pin and carefully make note of which side of link it was fitted in. After that, no problem with some small tools I have.
Massdrop service was excellent, I watched tracking and saw where it left Dallas, Tx yesterday afternoon, a Saturday, and said delivery was supposed to be Monday. I was surprised when I saw it was out for delivery today, Sunday and looked in my mailbox and there it was. Apparently sent special delivery for some reason.

AlexLandrySYup I certify 100% they are chemically blued and not heated blue. Even on the more expensive Presage line like the SARX, Seiko doesn't propose thermally blued hands. Only Seiko with those I know of is my SJE073, which is an LE and the most expensive non-diver Seiko produced.

I'm nearly certain all the presages leather bands use the three fold clasp/push button release.

JuststartingmycollectionIf you're talking about the SARX055 or SJE073J1, no it's not. The texture of the dial is completly different. But, this is like a fourth of the price of the SARX055 and tenth of the SJE073J1. And, the texture is quite nice. The trade offs? You get the 4R45 in this one and the 6R15 in the SARX055 and 6L45 in the SJE073J1. In the SARX055, you get a 50h power reserve, which gives you a full two day on the shelf. Also, the SARX055 and SJE073J1 are a mm smaller. And, the SARX055 is made out of titanium! Which makes it 106g WITH the bracelet, which is insane.
Another option could be the SRPC97J1. It's cheaper than the SARX and SJE073J1, but again, there's trade offs! Yet, the texture of the dial is closer to the "snowflake" effect than this one!

JuststartingmycollectionI wish. This face isnt nearly as dazzling as the etched ice look of the snowflake. Snowflake is also anti reflective sapphire and 100 meter water resistace. this is a cheap presage

Very nice watch, great brand, awesome price. Only negative to me is that it's too large for this type of watch, but it should certainly please larger wrists than mine. Nice job on this one MD!
