Received my watch today. It did NOT feature the updated Prospex dial with the X logo as the description said. It still had the old dial. I got the red hand SSC015 model. Not a problem personally. I was kind of looking forward to the X logo, but I have an SSC017 that also has the old non-Prospex dial. Just thought I'd throw that out there so other people aren't surprised.

AranshadaI don't have the option to track the package in my transaction menues. Is that something that showed up for you? Im thinking it might be on the way, and I just don't know it.

AranshadaNeither did mine - I will admit I am disappointed, primarily because this issue was raised in the comments during the drop and we were assured that it would have the updated dial.

EthanPoirierHi @EthanPoirier, there was a hiccup with the logistics. A small handful of units from the drop haven't shipped and you are one of them. We're working with our fulfillment center to get these units shipped out ASAP. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

CeeJay591@Aranshada We just learned from our vendor that a small amount of the old dials were mixed in with the shipment. Besides the Prospex logo, the different versions of watches are identical. If your watch arrived with the non-Prospex dial, please go to your Transactions and reach out to Support. We've discussed how we can resolve the issue so please let us know if this happened to you!
