I don't have any experience with the SNA411. I have attached a photo of my Citizen "Blue Angels" watch, which I think is from the first series produced.

You can see how the numbers have worn along the edges of the inner and outer bezels, especially at about the five o'clock position. I think this is an inherently bad design, whether made by Citizen or any other watch manufacturer. This problem is eliminated by the design of the GN-4W-S, because both rings of the calculator are protected under the bezel.
Perhaps the Seiko has more durable imprinting than the Citizen. As I said, I don't have any experience with that watch. I own Seiko watches, too, and they certainly match the quality of the Citizens I own. That said, and given my experience, I would not buy any watch with a similarly designed calculator. Just my opinion, and you know what they say about opinions.
