JSwizzle2010 called, they want their MSRP back. Any dullard can do a search on google to find that this is far from being massdrop worthy. This may very well be 71% off from its inflated MSRP from 2010. The 'discounted price' seems to be on par with what you get on Amazon. I scoff at this 'deal'.
weilianRegarding MSRP, I'll copy a response that I've given before - hopefully it helps you see what we're getting at.
There certainly can be a difference between MSRP (manufacturer's suggested retail price) and "street price," so to speak, which is what you're referring to. For instance, the price of this watch would probably be different if you bought it in a nice jewelry store instead of online via Amazon. That said, the MSRP is a constant value whereas the cheapest online price can vary wildly, so for that reason we use the MSRP as a benchmark.

IanAndersonSo we can agree that the MSRP for this particular watch is inflated and does not reflect the real world pricing, which has been the same since 2009 from what I was able to find, hence not being Massdrop worthy.
weilianYou should practice what you preach, darling, because if you actually looked up the specific model on Amazon, you'd see it's $119.99 with free shipping. That's EXACTLY (since you like spelling things out to people) $31.50 more USD than buying here. That's a deal worth waiting a little longer for a lot of people.
Massdrop probably wouldn't care much for my flaming you, but it sounds like the site is better off without you anyway.
weilianThank you weilian! After doing some searches on the interweb with google, I have come to a conclusion that this is not hot deal for me. I shall pass on this one.
