I own the SNZH53J1 (Blue dial). Very nice watch for the price and mine keeps very decent time. Paid €134,95 here in Holland, but at least I did not have to pay the additional import taxes and VAT like when it was a out of EU buy.. It's a good starters watch. But I now prefer the Orient Mako II and Ray II as they have better options regarding the movement (automatic with hacking & hand winding).

Hi Henk, thanks for your comment. Very valuable for a starting watch fan. As a fellow dutchie, may I ask you where you found the SZNH53J1 for such a sweet price? Excuse the n00bness :)

maxgradientHey! You're welcome, no problem. In this case I got the Orient Ray II from an iBood (http://www.ibood.com/nl/nl/all-deals/) flash sale (they had more Orient's that day, including Mako XL. They don't offer it anymore because usually its just a one day offer (or a few days). The other site that I always check is: https://watch2day.nl/ They have daily watch offers. 95% is rubbish, but sometimes they have good brands too (including Orient/Seiko etc..) Like today, the offer a nice Automatic Invicta (with Seiko internals https://watch2day.nl/deal/1529/invicta-pro-diver-automatic-8926ob) and an Orient chronograph (quartz: https://watch2day.nl/deal/26590/orient-ftd11001b-chronongraph). Once every time they also open a so called "outlet". But as said: most of them are "prullaria" and now and then a sweet deal!
