Seiko Solar Dive SNE109 Watch

Geometrically inspired for legibility, the Seiko Solar Dive SNE109 is easy to read deep underwater. The raised indexes—both circles and rectangles—give the orange dial a sense of depth. They’re lumed, too, just like the seconds, minute, and hour hands. The seconds hand in particular offers a nice tie-in to the circular indexes with its circular counterbalance. Made from stainless steel, the case has a 120-click unidirectional bezel for keeping track of elapsed time when submerged. Rounding out the watch is the black rubber band, which has tube-like grooves that draw the eye towards the dial.
